Michael oversees project delivery for healthcare consulting services across the Southeast. Michael’s 30-plus years of engineering experience includes more than 25 years leading project design and construction for the Florida healthcare market. He is respected across the healthcare design industry for his perseverance through large-scale renovations and new construction projects, bringing honesty and integrity to every project. Michael’s expertise leads to efficiencies in production without sacrifice to design quality, building upon extensive knowledge in code requirements and long-standing relationships with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

Professional Highlights

  • Navigated design and compliance processes for Community Health System to procure more than two dozen mobile MRI scanners, serving multiple southwest Florida hospitals, managing reconstruction and AHCA compliance
  • Led engineering design of Sarasota Memorial Hospital’s relocated central energy plant. The 10,000-ton cooling tower curtailed ambient noise, earning Florida Planning and Zoning Association’s Outstanding Citizen Involvement Award
  • Oversaw building systems design for Waller Creek, a 2.3-million square-foot mixed-use building in Austin, Texas, anticipated to be the tallest in the state
