Kevin applies strategic innovation to resolve complex challenges for large-scale aviation capital projects. Leveraging decades of management and engineering experience, Kevin fosters collaboration among teams and stakeholders to deliver ambitious projects without sacrifice to schedule, budget, or passenger experience goals. An electrical engineer by training, Kevin’s subject matter expertise ranges from specialized electrification, security and communications systems to various state-of-the-art airport technologies.

Professional Highlights

  • Expanded Burns’ aviation special systems team to a national practice with experts in more than a dozen offices nationwide
  • Led design of unified site-wide network infrastructure for the 16-acre, re-built World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan
  • Managed owner’s representation services for Newark Liberty International Airport, Terminal A, the largest design-build project in New Jersey history, and oversaw design and implementation of terminal’s experiential multimedia technology
