Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
John leads continual advancement of the company’s specialized engineering services. Overseeing Burns’ operational performance and client satisfaction initiatives, John supports departmental leaders to achieve the highest standards of excellence. John fosters innovation, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and limitless opportunities for growth.
As the company expands, John ensures the working environment in every Burns location provides teams with the resources and support they need to perform at their fullest potential.
John is a professional electrical engineer registered in more than 20 states, reflecting his wide range of experience leading the design and delivery of complex engineering projects. Over the past 30 years, John has provided technical leadership and management for many of the country’s largest, most-critical infrastructure programs.
