Anthony leads delivery of Burns’ structural engineering solutions. Anthony applies 15 years of infrastructure analysis, design and rehabilitation experience to ensure the highest standards of integrity, durability and function for a wide range of complex structures. Recent experience includes serving as the lead structural reviewer for critical transportation facilities, major waterfront terminals, specialized industrial sites, and utility infrastructure.
