Project Management Oversight for FTA Major Capital Programs

Burns has provided Project Management Oversight (PMO) services for numerous Federally-funded transit projects nationwide. Serving as an extension of FTA staff, our PMO services include evaluation and reporting on the grantee’s technical capability and organizational capacity to complete major capital programs within schedule and budget. This is accomplished by professionals with thorough and comprehensive transit industry experience who assess and report on the progress of major capital projects. Our methodology consists of standard reporting procedures that are compliant with the requirements set forth in projects receiving “Full Funding Grant Agreements” (FFGA).
