• Ventilation System Overhaul – replacement and redesign of five air handler units and associated exhaust equipment
• Cooling Tower Replacement – installation of new cooling towers, condenser water pumps, and structural support systems
• Central Heating System Study – proposed design of new high-pressure steam boiler system following an assessment of heating water and domestic hot water boilers
• Temporary Generators – integration of temporary generators and associated electrical safety systems — in operation until new back-up system’s design and installation
