Burns welcomes the addition of Project Manager Ian Birnbaum.

Joining our Los Angeles office, Ian’s design and construction administration expertise will support Los Angeles World Airports’ IT Program Management Office as well as complex engineering projects across the region.

Ian contributes a unique perspective from overseeing both traditional and design-build projects led by some of Southern California’s most-respected electrical contractors. Previous projects include specialized facilities ranging from airport terminals to research labs and manufacturing plants.

“On every project, my goals are to integrate design and construction teams, coordinating with all the different trades, vendors, and architect to keep projects on track and aligned with the schedule, budget, and owner’s vision,” Ian said. “That involves making sure everyone takes responsibility and collectively remains focused on a successful outcome.”
