Garden City Regional Airport Opens New Terminal

Burns congratulates Garden City Regional Airport on completing the first phase of the southwest Kansas airport’s comprehensive terminal redesign.
The “Gateway to Kansas” doubled capacity with a $31-million terminal reconstruction project. The new terminal will alleviate congestion within ticketing and screening areas, enhancing the travel experience with new airport amenities.
Burns supported HNTB throughout terminal design and construction, serving as the engineer-of-record for terminal technology and communication systems.
