Burns Project Manager Erica Antoine, PE recently completed a successful term as Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Philadelphia chapter president.

During Erica’s two-year term, she led the organization through the upheaval of the coronavirus pandemic. Erica effectively oversaw 12 board committees, managed over 60 corporate sponsors and agency partnerships, and facilitated dozens of events.

WTS plays a pivotal role facilitating the next generation of transportation professionals to develop lasting relationships with colleagues and mentors across the region. Erica’s contributions as chapter president reflect her dedication to creating a more diverse, inclusive and equitable transportation industry — throughout Greater Philadelphia and beyond.

“The WTS Philadelphia chapter is fortunate to include such a dynamic group of women leaders,” Erica said. “The opportunity to work alongside them during my eight years on the executive board is very near and dear to my heart. This has been an experience that I will never forget.”
