Burns will lead a comprehensive evaluation of campuswide paging systems at Los Angeles International Airport and the Van Nuys Flyaway.

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is undertaking the largest public works program in the history of the City of Los Angeles. Burns’ analysis will guide LAWA toward a unified, modernized paging environment, optimized for future system needs.

The evaluation will address topics such as current system functionality, coverage, zoning, audio performance, integration concerns, installation strategies, and maintenance recommendations.

Burns has experience evaluating, planning and designing airport audio and visual paging systems for more than 30 airports including Orlando International Airport, Pittsburgh International Airport, and Nashville International Airport.
