Burns continues our rapid growth across the Southeast region with the welcomed addition of Project Manager Bill White.

Bill is a field-tested leader with more than three decades of program management and consulting engineering experience. Widely respected as an insightful and dedicated client advocate, Bill develops collaborative approaches to overcome challenges throughout design, construction and commissioning.

“I am thrilled to be joining Burns during this time of exciting growth,” Bill said. “Together with Burns’ talented team of healthcare engineers, we have a tremendous opportunity to deliver facility upgrades that improve patient outcomes through state-of-the-art design services.”

To meet the needs of our healthcare, aviation, and municipal clients, Burns moved this February into a larger downtown Houston office. Clients across the Houston region include HCA Houston Healthcare, Houston Airport System, and the City of Houston.
