Burns Expands New England Practice, Opens Larger Boston Office

Burns continues to expand the firm’s specialized engineering services throughout New England, supporting rail, transit and airport authorities across the region.
The new office is located within the recently renovated Beebe Building in Boston’s Leather District, a short walk from South Station.
“Since opening the Boston office last year, our team has become actively engaged with several of New England’s most complex and critical transportation safety improvement projects,” said Paul Salvatore, Boston Region Director. “With the new Boston office, Burns is poised for further growth as we continue to attract the region’s most talented transportation infrastructure design experts.”
Burns offers a range of railroad and transit services for Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), Mass Coastal Railroad, and Amtrak. Expertise includes:

- Rail communications

- Mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) and fire protection
