Rick Galloway
Railroad & Transit Project Manager
Taking a systems-level approach, Rick combines depth of knowledge in operational requirements and proven experience in on-board, wayside, and back-office technologies to support continuous improvements in rail system safety. Rick applies expertise from achieving Positive Train Control compliance on the country’s busiest commuter railroads, proactively identifying solutions to achieve harmony among unique systems. A go-to technical resource and trusted facilitator, he currently leads an Amtrak interoperability standards working group, supporting closer cooperation among Northeast Corridor operators, consultants and suppliers.
